Terms & Conditions for Experts

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Urban Gaffa for Experts mobile application, operated by Arri Tech Ltd ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services by Experts. By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Usage

2.1. Lead Purchases: Experts can use the Urban Gaffa for Experts app to purchase customer leads, gaining access to contact details.

2.2. Coin Purchase: Experts must purchase Coins to buy leads, with each lead having a different coin value.

2.3. Lead Limit: Each lead is available for purchase by a maximum of 5 Experts.

2.4. Contact Information: Upon successful purchase of a lead, Experts gain access to Customer contact details.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Professionalism: Experts are expected to maintain a professional demeanor when communicating with Customers.

3.2. Account Security: Experts are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

4. Coin Usage

4.1. To access Customer contact details, Experts are required to use coins, which can be purchased under the "Coins Packages" section within the app.

4.2. Coin Requirements: Each lead specifies the number of coins needed to unlock the Customer's contact details. Experts must have the required number of coins to access this information.

4.3. Non-convertibility: Coins purchased for use within the app cannot be converted into real currency.

4.4. Coins Packages: Experts can purchase coins through various packages available in the app. Details regarding the cost and quantity of coins in each package are outlined in the "Coins Packages" section.

4.5. Coin Usage Limitations: Coins are exclusively for accessing Customer contact details on the Urban Gaffa for Experts app and cannot be used for any other purposes.

5. Coin Return

5.1. If an Expert purchases a lead but does not secure the job from the Customer within two weeks of purchasing the lead, the Expert may request a return of the coins spent on that particular lead.

5.2. To initiate the coin return process, the Expert must contact our customer support at [support@urbangaffa.com] within the specified timeframe.

5.3. The coin return is subject to verification by Urban Gaffa, and it is at the discretion of the Company to approve or deny the return based on the circumstances.

5.4. Urban Gaffa will process approved coin returns within a reasonable time frame.

6. Privacy

6.1. Customer Details: Customer contact information is confidential and will be revealed only upon the purchase of Coins.

6.2. Data Protection: The Company complies with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Expert accounts for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Urban Gaffa for Experts acts solely as a platform to connect Customers with Experts. We are not responsible or liable for any issues or disputes that may arise between Customers and Experts.

8.2. Service Contract: Urban Gaffa for Experts facilitates the connection but does not enter into any service contracts between Customers and Experts. The service contract is solely between the Customer and the Expert.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Experts will be notified of changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
